The Rocky Mountain Strength Trail Running Team is built for athletes who want to train with purpose and show up ready on race day. This team is for first time runners, ultra runners and anyone in between. Over five weeks, we’ll meet for 2–3 coached runs per week, progressively building endurance, strength, and confidence leading into the 2026 Greenland Trail Race in Larkspur, CO on May 2nd.
Expect structured programming, expert coaching on pacing and terrain strategy, and a strong sense of camaraderie that makes every mile better. This isn’t just about logging miles — it’s about building grit, community, and race-day readiness together.
