Colorado’s Premier Small Group Training Program

Built for the Colorado lifestyle, our small group training program uses fitness to fuel adventure. We focus on community, consistency, and long-term habits—not quick fixes. With a mountain mindset guiding every session, we help you turn gym strength into real-world performance, whether that’s conquering a summit or hiking with your kids.

Small Group Training Classes

  • Strength

Our premier and member-favorite Strength classes offer three variations: Push, Pull, and Full Body. These workouts are designed to target specific muscle groups, promoting muscle growth, improving endurance, and increasing overall strength.

Using a wide range of equipment—including free weights (barbells, dumbbells), cable machines, resistance bands, and more—our classes focus heavily on Olympic lifting techniques. This not only tones and shapes the body but also improves bone density, joint stability, and overall health.

Regular participation in strength training boosts metabolism, enhances coordination, and supports better body mechanics, helping you feel stronger and more resilient every day.

  • Conditioning

    Conditioning

Conditioning classes combine aerobic, strength, and speed elements for an intense, high-energy workout. These sessions follow an interval training format, alternating bursts of intense activity with periods of lighter activity.

Depending on the season, we may focus on different heart rate zones to target specific endurance goals

By elevating the heart rate and increasing breathing, conditioning workouts improve cardiovascular efficiency and overall endurance. We use various formats, including AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) and EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute), to keep the sessions challenging and dynamic.

  • MountainFIT

    MountainFIT

MountainFIT classes are specifically built and tested for physical and mental conditioning required to conquer the challenges that come with mountainous terrains. It is a unique form of fitness that demands strength, endurance, and agility. Climbing steep slopes, navigating rugged trails, and facing unpredictable weather conditions demand a high level of cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength. Embracing mountain fitness not only improves physical health but also cultivates a deep appreciation for Colorado’s beauty and a sense of achievement in conquering the heights.

  • HIIT

    H.I.I.T

    HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
HIIT is a highly effective and popular workout that alternates short bursts of intense exercise with brief periods of rest or low-intensity recovery. What makes HIIT stand out is its ability to maximize calorie burn and boost cardiovascular fitness in a short amount of time. By pushing your body to its limits during high-intensity intervals, you not only burn calories during the workout but also continue to burn them afterward due to the metabolic effects. These sessions often combine both aerobic and resistance training.

Spring Endurance Season

12-Week Spring Endurance Season is built to develop the strength and engine you need for everything the mountains throw at you this time of year. We combine hypertrophy training to build durable muscle, cardiovascular work to increase endurance, and purposeful movement designed to translate directly to the outdoors. Whether you’re preparing for hiking, trail running, water sports, or long days in the spring mountains, this phase is about building a strong, resilient body that can handle volume, elevation, and changing conditions with confidence.
