Zach is the owner and founder of Rocky Mountain Strength, established in November 2020. A lifelong Colorado native, Zach is deeply passionate about helping individuals build strength, improve health, and enhance their longevity to fully embrace the outdoor lifestyle that Colorado has to offer. He specializes in Strength & Conditioning, Mountain Fitness, Hunting Preparation, and Endurance Sports Performance. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Zach brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in designing and implementing a wide range of training programs tailored to meet diverse fitness goals.

Tori Gibson
Studio Manager, Small Group Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer
Tori has always been active and involved in sports, with a particular passion for CrossFit. She discovered CrossFit in 2014 by chance and quickly fell in love with the sport. In 2015, she became a coach to deepen her knowledge and share her passion for fitness with others. Helping people achieve their goals—no matter the size or challenge—is something she truly loves, and she is grateful to be able to do it every day.

Felicia Hernandez

Born and raised in Colorado, Felicia has always had a deep love for the outdoors and an active lifestyle. After transitioning from organized sports, she found her true passion in fitness and developed a strong desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals. With over five years of experience in high-intensity interval group fitness training, Felicia specializes in weight management and corrective exercise. Her philosophy is to meet clients where they are in their fitness journey and motivate them to push beyond their limits to become the best version of themselves.

Jeremy Kemp

Jeremy's goal as a trainer is to help individuals move and function the way their bodies were designed to—whether in athletic pursuits or everyday activities. He believes that nothing should stand in the way of doing what you love. For Jeremy, fitness is not just a short-term commitment; it’s a lifelong choice that paves the way to a healthier, more fulfilling life. He specializes in functional training, injury rehabilitation, and injury prevention, with a focus on optimizing movement and performance.

Brittany Biays
Small-Group Instructor
As a Colorado native, Brittany has always been passionate about the outdoors and everything this beautiful state has to offer. Growing up, she tried a variety of sports but ultimately fell in love with cheerleading, eventually becoming an All-Star cheer coach for two years. In 2016, Brittany joined a CrossFit gym, and it was there that her passion for health and fitness truly began. Inspired to share that passion with others, she became a coach in 2017.
Brittany’s favorite part of training is lifting heavy barbells and taking on activities that push her out of her comfort zone. As a coach, what she enjoys most is seeing her clients overcome challenges—whether big or small—and helping them reach their goals.

Tori Karsten

Tori, originally from Illinois, recently relocated to Colorado, bringing her passion for fitness and athletics with her. With a background in multiple sports, Tori competed at the Division I level in Field Hockey during college, where she developed a deep commitment to improving herself athletically. This drive to better herself has fueled her passion for helping others reach their fitness goals. As a coach, Tori is determined to elevate each client’s overall fitness, guiding them toward achieving their personal best. With over a decade of experience in Sports Performance Coaching and Personal Training since 2014, she continues to push the boundaries of her knowledge and expertise.
Outside of the gym, Tori stays active by running, hiking, cycling in the mountains, or exploring new coffee shops. She also dedicates time to coaching Field Hockey at both the high school and club levels.

Rachel's journey into the health and wellness industry began with her own transformative experience with nutrition and fitness. The life-changing results she achieved inspired her to shift careers and pursue becoming a Holistic Nutritionist. As a Holistic Nutritionist, Rachel takes a comprehensive approach, evaluating all aspects of the body, including fitness. This holistic mindset naturally led her to become a Certified Personal Trainer, allowing her to integrate functional movement with her nutrition expertise. Rachel’s approach combines whole-body health with functional fitness, empowering her clients to move with ease and live their best lives.

Laura has a strong background as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Functional Range Conditioning Specialist. Her core philosophy is centered around creating strong, durable, and resilient clients. She is committed to equipping both athletes and adults with the tools they need to make informed choices about their health and longevity. With experience working with a variety of teams and athletes, Laura’s fitness approach is deeply rooted in her own journey of overcoming years of shoulder and hip injuries, as well as multiple broken ribs. She believes that true fitness is achieved through a balanced combination of strength, movement, mobility, and recovery.

Inspired by this realization, she is driven to help others experience the same transformative benefits of fitness on their own journeys, offering guidance and support every step of the way.
